G1 Brilliant Bridge Builders!

Grade 1 students will embark on a playful STEM journey into the world of bridges. Inspired by Twenty-One Elephants by Phil Bildner, they will team up to plan and build their own bridge designs. Each group will face an exciting challenge: can they build a bridge that is strong enough to hold 21 toy elephants? As they test and improve their creations, students will naturally explore ideas of strength, balance, and stability, while practising cooperation and communication. This project offers a lively way to blend storytelling, creativity, and early engineering skills in a memorable classroom experience.
